For the past 2 years PA has worked Public Knowledge to overhaul its intergovernmental case practices and policies as a part of the OCSE grant.  What was it like to be a county worker involved in this process?   What did we learn? What changes were made?  What changes can we expect in the future? This session will serve as a wrap-up of the grant activities and a passing of the torch to you the worker to carry on the legacy of being an awesome intergovernmental worker for the state of PA.
